Return Process:

To return an item first, please contact the customer service email ( to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number, details, and address. After receiving this information, please place this item securely in its original package, and the package must be returned with the original cover. Then mail your return to the address that customer service gave you.

Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges, if there are any. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty-eighth (28) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
